In our coaching we look closely at how trust comes about. Step by step it becomes clear that trust exists at different levels, at work and in private, and that each level asks for its own path and its own span of time. What does that ask of you? And how does it add to the wellbeing of the people you work with?

Ted developed a model for this that is now widely used. The book about it is being written.
